Feedback showing partial submitted - ecampaign

I raised a ticket and was told that the online site shows only 100 rows per header. I have less than 100.

I was asked to use offline utility. I downloaded the utility, the AIS json file but the contents are totally read only. I can not edit anything hence nothing can be exported. All the data I submitted online can be seen as is therein but all read only.

If anyone has any comments or suggestions please share.

While no one responded to my query on this forum I raised another ticket nearly a month ago and uploaded the JSON file extracted  from AIS.  The json file clearly shows all rows updated. still status is partially submitted.  it's nearly a month and ticket is still open. they are still not able to figure out the issue.  at least i am happy that they have some honesty left not to blindly close the ticket giving vague reasons

It's now more than 10 months since I opened a ticket and the ticket is still open.

The IT of IT department still have not figured out where the goof-up is.

I am stunned. But I appreciate the honestly that they still have kept the ticket open and I have a written mail that they are working on it.

Today i also submitted feedback but it shows same partially submitted

There's a major tech glitch in it. Classic example of poor design and lack of testing and release in production.

File a complaint in the AIS

Finally after one year it's fixed!

Today I got same notice & I submitted response

It is showing partly submitted 

Any help on this from any one on this forum
