Particulars of annual return for the company not having share capital Form 21A Rs 500

Form for filing balance sheet and other documents with the Registrar Form 23AC,Form for filing Profit and Loss account and other documents with the Registrar Form 23ACA  Rs 500( Both)

Form for submission of compliance certificate with the Registrar Form 66  Rs 500

IN general, total fees to ROC will be Rs.1,500. This will be paid for filing accounts (23AC and 23ACA) and annual return(20B).

There will be no other fees unless you go for filing some other forms in the normal course.

Fee depends on authorised capital of the company. Fees are as under :
