Could any one suggest me How FBT is attracted on Directors travelling expences based on which clause and section of the income tax act 1961.

Director Travelling expenses Shall liable to FBT under 115WC of Income Tax act, 1961 under TRAVELLING EXPENSES

Travelling expenses whether related to Director or Employee is taxable under of sub-section (2) of section 115WB of Income Tax Act.
Travelling/foreign travel & boarding /lodging all expenses related to Director or Employee is taxable under of sub-section (2) of section 115WB of Income Tax Act
