Hi,

  Could any one suggest me How FBT is attracted on Directors travelling expences based on which clause and section of the income tax act 1961.

Hi Jagdish, Travelling expenses whether related to Director or Employee is taxable under of sub-section (2) of section 115WB of Income Tax Act.
