We have applied FCRA application through Form FC 8 , one year before for a trust which is providing education and medical releif to the poor, that particular point of time, it is two year old so we unable to provide three year accounts.
We provide all the required details including recommendation from district M.P etc., Subsequently CBI peoples are came and enquire it, then they have said Dept.will reply soon.
Reply came through letter, in which they have stated that, since your trust is only two years old you may seek prior permission through FC 1A within 15 days from the date of communication.
Thereafter no steps taken from the client side (Trust), they reacted very late ,in between the another accounting year comes to an end. Now we can file current year accounts to the IT dept. so the 3 years accounts are now become ready.
Now,
1.Can we go a fresh application in Form FC 10?
2.We are already applied as i said earlier in the above paras, is there any documents and communication still to be communicated to the dept.
