Hello friends,
one of my clients application for registration under FCRA (Form FC-30) is rejected by the authorities stating that you can make fresh application within 180 days. But it is not clear weather 180 days to be counted from the date of application made or from the date of rejection letter.
Please reply as soon as possible...its urgent.

As far as I remember the Form is FC-3 and also you have not mentioned the reason for rejection.
In my view the period should be calculated from the date of rejection letter.

I made an application for registration under FCRA act for one of my client but it is rejected stating that mismatch of name. Now i have been provided an option to apply again. My question is whether i have to do all the procedural requiement again? Can i make changes in any of the filled including rejection option? For exemple can i change data submitted for expenditure? Please reply as soon as possible. It is very urgent.
