My father passed away and he was propitor of his business. Now his employees are comming to my mother's house and troubling us asking for their EPF. What should we do ? I want help them but i dont have all the EPF challans. My fathers manager is holding all my fathers documents and is refusing to hand them over. Can EPFO take action against me and my mother ? can they take away my mothers house ?

if the family members are in possession of the assets of the business, then they have to meet the liabilities also.
visit the EPFO office once with any of your employee you can trust most, and make application there to know your status, they will surely help you in two or three weeks, but you have to make visits there to do this.
if any arrear is due, then you can make prayer for installments
