Not capital gain, but can be considered under IFOS ,,,,
so in column 4 . OTHERS in IFOS
can I mention income from f&o and write actual gain figure ? Gain Amount is low. Salary is the main source of income.

Do not forget 'It should be low Volume & Frequency' ....& not just Low gain/profit....
