Extension of Name Approval

Make an appli to ROC for extention of validity of name
Normally name is valid for 60days..so before the expiry make an appl fr extenstion
ROC may allow for further period of 30days..on payment of 50% of fees
Also note no further extension of period is allowed after expiry of 90days...

MCA Notification on the same is also added in the files section..

Please let me know which Form should i use for making application or plain paper application is required for such extention.

i think its Form 61( but not sure) with an scaned copy of letter requesting for extention

As you wrote name of company was approved on 13th Jan,2008. It will valid up to 60 Days. You have to Incorporate it withen 60 Days . After 60 Days You have to reapply the name, with fresh form 1A from.
