any plz tell me what is the excise duty rate for ice cream manufacturers?
the turnover is 2to 3cr
Is there any exemption for sole propritor?

In my view, Ice cream Chapter Heading is 21050000 and rate of dut is 6 % percent, if availed the Cenvat credit, if not availed the Cenvat Credit their on duty calculate @ 2%.
