Export without payment of gst
Dear Sir
I’m a small Merchant Export registered with CAPEXIL with turn over less than Rs. 75 Lakhs. In new GST law is there any provision to Purchase materials without paying GST?

There is no provision on Purchase of goods without attracting GST. As you deal with Export you should get registered under GST as its not an exemption for Inter-state traders.
