We are a manufacturing company in junagadh & we want to export our material to Nepal. we aleady have import export registration but we didn't take Letter of undertaking for export of goods without payment of duty So please suggest me what shall we have to do for export without payment of duty. please also suggest me about it's entry in daily stock a/c & form ER-1

- I do not know whether you are registered with Central Excise authorities near your area
- If you are a manufacturer you have to register with Central Excise
- Please call on the Superintendant of Central Excise of your range and he will explain all the details reagrding returns, payments and registers to be maintained.
