Export without payment of duty

• I do not know whether you are registered with Central Excise authorities near your area 
• If you are a manufacturer you have to register with Central Excise 
• Please call on the Superintendant of Central Excise of your range and he will explain all the details reagrding returns, payments and registers to be maintained.
