Dear Experts,

We are a manufacturing unit of medical devices. We import material against advance licence and sale against deemed export. Our quantity based export obligation has completed but assessable value is remaning. So pls tell it's on value based or quantity, Or but condition full fill in advance licence.

Advance Authorisation (Advance License) is a quantity based obigation subject Standard Input Output Norms (SION). There is no importance of assessable Value. Value based clearance is for EPCG (capital goods) only.
