We are Proprietory firm established in Maharashtra Authorised dealer of Atlas Copco Ind Ltd,
Actually we have got an offer from Nepal to sell Compressor, As we will purchase the same from Atlas Copco
& the same will be exported to our end customer from Nepal, We are not having export Import code as we are not register under it, Please let us whether can we purchase goods from Atlas Cocpo Agn Form H, As the same is excisable goods so in this case whether Excise would be exmpted or not & If we purchase Agn form H how to issue form H, We are aslo not regiter under EXCISE,
What kind of documents are involved in these procedures kindly guide ASAP,
