if a person providing service to a company in India but the billing is done to its contolling authority which was in USA.so whther the person is liable to pay gst or it is treated as exempted service.the payment is received by the person from USA company onlyy...
if you do service at outside the country then it's export of service. export means it has to cross territorial jurisdiction or customs frontiers of India.
