We have received an order from Merchant Exporter, Mumbai, who is not registered under excise. Now the Merchant Exporter is asking us to export the goods directly from chennai port to the overseas party.
What is the procedure to do the same as per excise rules.
What are the documents are required from our side and the ME side.
Please clarify us.
