Ours is partnership firm and we do goods exports every year with LUT.
We will do export of services for the first time.
Can we raise 0% GST invoices?
Also, what will be the HSN code ?

1- Yes you can issue zero rated invoice
2- You need to mentioned SAC code for service while HSN is used for goods
3- Each Service Has separate SAC, you can search from https://gstcouncil.gov.in/.
