I M a Manufacturer, import inputs (e.i. 5.30 USD Per Unit) for manufacturing and utilize cenvat credit (CVD) Now i have surpluse stock of imported inputs so i need to export Inputs as such on low value (e.i. 4.30 USD Per Unit) to my another subsidary.
Can i export imported inputs as such on Low Value
ok it is possible to as per Purchase order from byer and BRC. But the CVD is Reversed as per Imported Value only.
pls. provide Notification or Circular if any
