We are an Tea exporter in Kolkata and having GST registartion in West Bengal.
Now, we intend to purchase tea from Cochin (Kerala) and transport the goods to Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) for blending and packaging in a warehouse (rented under their sister concerns name) and thereafter again transport to Cochin port for final shipment. At present we do not have GST registration in Tamil Nadu.
Can we export under in the above scenario in absence of GST registration in Tamil Nadu state. And can export be made under LUT or to pay IGST on export.
