Export from other state

Kindly submit all copies of bills to sales tax office for getting the H Form.Bills should be addressed to Gujarat and goods should be delivered to Mumbai these captions are necessary in the bill of the vendor 

To satisfy the Form-H Sale - You have to purchase either within the state or interstate but it should be exported as such i.e. the goods should be modified.  In your case you are Gujrate Registered dealer you have purchased from Mumbai against Form-H and you have exported from Mumbai itself that is not a problem but you should have shown it in the CST Monthly Return Form-1 and to get Form-H you have to prepare a statement showing the purchase detail and exported detail and approach the Gujarat ST Dept. requesting for Form-H   They will issue after collecting the required Fees.  You have to issue this Form-H to your Mumbai dealer with a statement and a exporrt document as proof of export.
