we made a export by third party and sales on IGST 0.1% but now I can't upload my sales in GSTR1 because there no column for IGST 0.1 % .
please guide me.

Yes but this notification came which date 15.11. I think
this notification is on date 27th Oct notification no is 41/2017
0.10%supply as deemed exports or not

but there not option for 0.1%rate
