It means I have charge igst in bill & i have to pay from my own pocket then i have to clain refund, I am not going to collect igst from our customer.
one more thing, is there any legal compliance for exporting the goods like any kind of approval, etc

You Export through two ways
1 Pay IGST and claim refund
2 As per rule 96a of CGST furnish bond or letter of undertaking (LOU) in form without payment of IGST
