Hello everyone,
My client (Major Son) recently went on a foreign trip(Non Business/ Pleasure), he will now make payment of expenses for that trip out of his father's bank account.
He has options
1 Either take a bill with gst paid or a simple invoice without gst
2 Either he can deposit funds directly in travel agent's account or make a ECS/ NEFT
What are other things that he should keep in mind?

ideally he shud make from his account from any of the modes chq/online. if he pays from his father's account then dept might take up scrutiny of your father's account and might demand for relevant documents regarding the foreign trip as what was the source for the exp incurred for this trip.is his father a regular income tax filer etc..
