i am a member of a club registered under companies act.
they expelled me from membership on the grounds that i am spreading rumerors and bad things about club
what legal rights i have and how i can appeal to NCLT ?
If the expulsion is as per the bye laws of the club,the expulsion is valid and lawful.
If the proper procedure is not followed,it may be challenged.
