Exemptions not appearing on cs exam portal?

Hi All:

i have enrolled to CS executive prog thru CWA final pass qualification and availed two papers CMA & taxation as exemption. Accordingly to avail this exemption i also paid fees initially and they are appearing as exemption under program status.

now for the first time i am planning to appear for Dec'13 exam and when i attempt to fill exam form, it says i have no exemptions available. what should i do, can you please let me know.

i am planning to apply for exam thru online and is there any facility to inform institute that i am availing exemptions for two papers? do i need to pay any extra fees to avail this exemption every time i write the exam or is this one time.

please let me know.

thanks Rahul. I sent mail to ICSI institute and tried calling them many times, but number doesn't go through. this is interesting, my status shows that i have claimed two exemptions based on my CWA final qualification but it doesnt reflect in examination form. not sure what to do, do i need to apply for exemption once again and pay fees?

please help

PAPER-WISE EXEMPTION

ON THE BASIS OF HIGHER QUALIFICATION(S) : STUDENTS WHO HAVE SOUGHT PAPER-WISE EXEMPTION ON THE BASIS OF HIGHER QUALIFICATIONS MAY PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SUCH CASES ARE UNDER SCRUTINY. IT IS EXPECTED THAT THIS PROCESS WILL BE COMPLETED AND THE STATUS OF SUCH EXEMPTIONS WILL BE DISPLAYED AS PART OF THE ENROLLMENT STATUS BY 10^TH OCTOBER, 2013.

ON THE BASIS OF 60% MARKS CRITERIA : STUDENTS WHO ARE MEETING THE ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS OF EXEMPTION ON THE BASIS OF 60% MARKS DURING JUNE, 2013 SESSION ARE BEING GRANTED EXEMPTION IN THE RESPECTIVE SUBJECTS.
