Yes. Healthcare services is exempt.
"Health care services by a clinical establishment, an authorized medical practitioner or para-medics; Services provided by way of transportation of a patient in an ambulance"
As per Notification 12/2017 CT (R) , yes it's exempted.
Yes it is excempted
Notification No. 12/2017 - Central Tax ( Rate ) dated 28.06.2017, exempts Health Care Services.
