can i claimed exemption in 2 papers of ca ipcc grp2   ?

yes you can claim exemption in 2 sub of ipcc subject to below conditions

1 if you have written all 3 papers of gp2

2 if you did not availed any exemption in gp2 earlier

If i got 1 subject  exemption in one attempt after that got another subject exemption in same group in that situation i have chance for availment of exemption either 1st one or 2 nd one / only 1st one provide your valuable suggestion.

You got exemption in accounts and tax that is really great. Usually, it is easy to get exemption in Law paper in IPCC. The exemption rule is very simple create

  1. First to be eligible for the exemption you need to appear in all the papers of that group.
  2. The exemption is valid till the next 3 attempts so keep that in mind.
  3. You can score any number of exemptions in particular group.
  4. Once you gained exemption in any paper/papers in any particular group either 1st or 2nd, you can't claim an exemption from that group in upcoming 3 attempts.

In Ankush case, he got exemption in both groups at once so now you can't claim for exemption anymore and has three chances to use that exemption and clear remaining papers.

A candidate who has appeared in all the papers comprised in a group/unit and fails in one or more papers comprised in that group/unit but secures a minimum of 60% of the marks in any paper or papers of that group/unit shall be eligible for exemption in that paper or papers in the next three following examinations.
