Exemption for Hotels & Restraurents from custom duty

How is there any customs duty on hotels and restuarants?? its on imports and exports.. rght?

 Duties of customs are levied on goods imported or exported from India

I am working in restraurent chain & my company wants to import a car from abroad for tourists. Can company get exemption from custom duty ? If yes, Plz tell me procedure.

actually you can get the EPCG licence after getting you can avail the custom duty.
