Thanx 2 u all! Well I m thinking of doing the CA. Isn’t it a right decision 4 me? Could any one guide me about all the procedure of this.

Is it a joke... ICAI even cant give exemptions to a person who has done CWA, CS or CPA.  How can you compare CA with graduation.

The only exemption is from CPT exams..

Get a Prospectus and registration for CPT from the Institute.... Give CPT and register for IPCC.... I guess you can appear for CPT in Dec, 2009 now.... Clearing it should be a cakewalk for it since you are a graduate. After clearing it, the next step will be IPCC Dec 2010.... After that 3 years of articleship..... And after 2.5 years of articleship, you can appear for finale xams....ie - Your final exams in November, 2013.... Thats about it for the course format......Go for it...................... Your second best alternative would be ICWA I suppose...... An MBA from a premiere institute would require loads of work ex......
Hey, I guess the last day for June, 2009 attempt is 31st march Or 2nd april..... M not sure.... But check it out.... N hurry up..You can save on 6 months.... You need only your 12th marksheet, graduation marksheet and a couple of photos.....
Well, To say the truth, ICAI is full of egoistic people who after becoming CA, think that they are above everything...... They should be giving exemptions to graduates....

CA course is not maintaining good networking with other courses...take the case of CWA, if u complete t course and take up CS, u r given exemption in some papers in CS and same is the case with CS...even if u take CIMA after completing CWA or CS u r given exemptions in some papers.....CA course is a noble profession but if we do CA alone, we may have a job alone but not a career with a variety of opportunities
