as the dates of exam of ca ipc and cs executive for this may 2014 are clashing i will be able attempt only one exam.so please tell me if i can get any exemption for cs executive on clearing ipcc or vice versa.Plz answer me as early as possible

no there is no exemption to ca students in CS and no benefit to cs student in CA ... you have to skip any one attempt
