Dear sir,

Our company manufacturing Casting and Removl of gooods under cenvat, our maximum supply to EOU, under bond CT-3 without payment of duty, And we have purchase material under cexcise. So as on date our duty  credit  is so high. So in this case we have claim for refund against clearnce of CT-3.

Please also give detail for anyother way to refund excise.?

Why should required Refund, Your Sale  is EOU Unit against CT-3 u not charge any excise duty to party then how should excise-dept sanctioned refund.

your available excise credit use for domastic sale

The rebate of excise duty paid on exported goods is granted under rule 18. The procedure has been prescribed in Notification No. 19/2004-CE(NT) dated 6-9-2004. Export under claim for rebate should be made under ARE-1 form. Since the goods are being cleared after full payment of duty under invoice, execution of any bond is not necessary.

Since you are sending the goods to EOU by using CT-3, you will not get refund under this procedure. you should export the goods by paying the duty (from CENVAT account) and then claim the refund.

Sir,

We can able to issue the CT-3 for repaired capx good , is it possiable

CT-3 is bond related procedure, follow the bond details for more clarification and eligibility
