We recently faced this issue at a client site where they had renewed their TSS license, but Tally Prime kept showing "License Expired." After some digging, here’s what worked:

Restarted Tally Gateway

Reconnected the license under F12 > Licensing > Reactivate Existing License

Made sure the firewall wasn’t blocking Tally Gateway Server port

Checked if the correct Tally.NET ID was used (common mistake)
In many cases, it's just a sync issue between the server and Tally’s backend.
