After the Demand of Excise Duty by Additional Commissioner of Excise with penalty and after the corresponding filing of Appeal before Commissioner of Appeal (1) and hearings we have received Appeal Order in our favour.
My Query is...
When should we submit application for Pre-Deposit of Refund under rule 35F for Excise Duty paid under Protest ?
Is it after 60 days or immediate ?
