Exciseable goods
we supplied material sez unit. company's have 2 other unit's situated in different location. shall we charge them excise duty or not. they didnt give us PO also.

You can supply goods to SEZ without excise duty under UT-1. But for this you require PO from the party. And for this you have to use ARE-1.
