So make it clear what do you mean by sales & Marketing of cosmetics....

I do agree with Mr. Mohammad rasool baig. Please check whether your activity is amounting to manfucture, if yes then goods classification under Central excise tariff,  probe for exemptions, Whether SSI exemption can be claimed, if no then registration etc.
