Excise rule
We are a sales and marketing company for cosmetic, body care and oral products. Need to understand the excise procedure like what is the percentage of excise on my product, do i need to pay excise also on the free sampling done with my product, what proof can i get from the manufacturer that he has actually paid the excise to government what he has charged me

For the purpose to decide the query what you have asked..
First of all, we need to understamd whether your business comes under manufacture as per excise duty Act then only act applies to your organisation...
So make it clear what do you mean by sales & Marketing of cosmetics....
I do agree with Mr. Mohammad rasool baig. Please check whether your activity is amounting to manfucture, if yes then goods classification under Central excise tariff, probe for exemptions, Whether SSI exemption can be claimed, if no then registration etc.
Take the professional advice suchas company secretary , cost accountant , ca etc
