Excise Registration Requirments

CA is not reqd to get excise registration , only the authorised person from Company opr Firms can do so he may be a CA or PEON also

Documents Reqd

PAN Card

Reg Certificate of CO

Proof of Address

Certificate from Pollution Control Board ( Consent to Operate & Establish )

Excise Manufacturing Process Report along with production formula

Company Profile or Report

Meorandum & Articles

NOC from local authority

Factory License

List of Directors & Authorised Agents , and a valid power of attorney in their names

And I bet very less CA 's are much expericed in Industrial Sectors to handle such kind of Indirect Taxation matters , please dont find fact is a fact.
