We have manufacturing unit at Himachal (Excise Free Zone) as per liability part. My question and query is that can we get back the excise duty which had paid on purhcase of raw material or Capital goods. If yes please provide me details for the same.

Yes, you can file the Refund there is no issue but make the sufficient details in this regard and file the same. Excise Free Zone this is the sufficient for filing the refund. If you having the other observation plz forward the same.
