Excise exempted limit

Dear Atul Kumar Jain San Your Total turnover shouldn't cross 150 lacks in the financial year, Once Crosses or touch the 150 lacks you must give information to range officer of Central Excise to obtain Registration. Until your total turnover not crossing 150 lacks your no need to pay excise duty and no need to get registration. You can enjoy the SSI Exemption. Regards Kumar

here the turnover means taxable turnover so when your turnover exceeds 150 lacs you have to applied for excise registration.

if  our turnover in 1st month is 50 lacs, 2nd month 100 lacs, now in third month we have to apply,

after getting reg. if we passed more one or two month how i will have to pay ED, will i have to pay any penalty?
