We are going to manufacture Solar Home Light System i.e. One product including Solar Panel, Battery, LED lights,Fan with mobile charger and now my question is my product attract Excise duty on finished product?

There is some exemption on solar product like chullah etc. but there is no aparent exemption solar home light system.so, your product will be exisable and liable to excise duty.
is there excise duty applicable on solar ceiling fans???
if yes then what rate is applicable on it???
