excise duty on removal of scrap for reprocessing

is material will comes back to u or not? if its came back to u then send it in job work manner or u r not sure abt it then d'nt go in hectic , simply sold it with duty & whenever u got material u got more duty coz on that time scrap will become u r raw material & comes on high rate.

You need not pay excise duty on scrap generated as a result of manufacture by availing exemption under Notification No. 67/95-C.E
