my client sold pressure cooker at 300 to his distributor where MRP on Pressure Cooker 700 so my question is " whether i should pay duty on MRP Valuation or Transaction Value ?"

In my view if goods remove the factory premises on MRP bases the procedure fellow as MRP. I Hope this is the wight way.
