Iron Ore pellets are subject to Excise Duty since it under goes manufacturing where pellets take shape from iron ore through manufacturing process and takes new shape and character.
" IRON ORE PELLET " is exempted under general exemption. How excise is payble on it when it is an exempted item? Pls reply.
