Hi, Kumar,

Please read Central Excise Notification No.6/2010-CE dtd.27.02.2010 and hence, the new rate of Excise duty will be effective from 27.02.2010 (after midnight of 26.02.2010).

I WANTED TO INFORM YOU THE GOVT. OF INDIA, CBEC, HAVE NOT PUBLISH & UPDATED THE NOTIFICATION TILL TIME .

this will effective from midnight of 26 feb'2010

Can anybody help me? where the abovementioned notification is availble? CBEC site has not been updated till to this moment.

Pl be treated most URGENT.
