Excise Audit Matter - Urgent

Dear Friends.

1. Capital Goods Removal as such after being used of 10 Years (i.e. 40 Quarters) how much duty applicable.
2. We clear our Final Product (Polyester Texturised Yarn - 5402 33 00 ) under Exemption Notification No. 30/2004 and also generate Waste (CSH No. 5505 10 90) of Polyester Texturised Yarn  is there duty payable on Waste Cleared.
3. When we are opting Dual notification which is 29/2004 & 30/2004 on that time we have reversed duty of  the Balance Raw Material & Capital Goods (3600000) which we purchased from the starting of the factory. After 15 days we have Re-credit (3600000) the duty which we reversed on the time of opting dual notification. Is there any permission required from the department.
4. Also, we are not maintaining seperat records as per guideline by Notification. In that case any problem generate by Excise Audit.
