As per Govt Nt::29/08 &30/08  this notification says let to be assesseee one is with excise and onthet is with out excise. as per my knlowdge.

Vat Applicable for both menas Branded or Non branded.

Dear Sunny,

First you have to clear your cloth is Textile or other.

as per my knowledge "Umbrella and Umbrella cloth " attracts 4% Excise duty.

Cloth is with regards to wearing apparel
