I want to ask that is there any notification regarding Supplementary Invoice raised by the dealer with EXCISE & VAT and to whom they are raising invoice then the purchase can avail the credit of central excise or not.????

Hey Neeraj is there any notification regarding this can u send me please because we are availing credit and now we got a notice from dept that we cant avail it and please reverse it and pay the amt.
so please if u can send me the notification regarding this.
