not happy with the answers i wrote. section numbers not quoted.
Was better than May 2015 but ..paper was scarmmbled.....totally new format again...

No auditor will not b held liable....same que is pm only name of company is different in topic audit and auditor.

2(a) answer auditor is held responsible... He should check the valuation method used for inventory...as-2... He is personally liable

How does SEBI recover penalty from a company? Also many marks would I lose for quoting wrong section number in producer companies (provision is correct though)

Sec. 143 said that auditor shall comply act standard and SA IF not then sec 147 provide fine upto rs. 2500000 and refund audit fees and also pay demage the company.
