whether A person passed both groups of ipcc and started articleship on 1/3/2012, can attempt final examinations in may 2014. In the icai site it is noted that during the last 12 months of articleship training is eligible for examianation. in Rule 3:3. Wheter this is a change made from 2.5 years of articleship?...
