Is it suficient to study fro the ICAI study mat and practice manuals or do we need to refer outside books and material?

I am study for the IPC 2014 exam...
ICAI practice manuals with RTPs are good enough for exam preparation,
However, for Taxation you can refer Girish Ahuja or T.N Manoharan....
