I want to ask that if first step is wrong and correspondingly all FIGURES in answer is wrong then will the student get any marks for correct process.

It's depends upon the type s of questions ask. If answer pattern is like steps basis you definitely gets marks.
Now let's assume question ask for 12 mark, here quite obvious step marks exist.
In your question, ans did on 1st step u have made mistake and subsequently it's affect on whole ans. Then also you will have chances to get marks subject to rest ans.
