Exam preparation?

Dear All.

My performance in any examination is generally below par despite having a decent amount of knowledge.

I have analyzed that there is lot of negative thinking that I do during examination time.

Further to complicate matters, my revision strategy is also poor as a result I keep on reading and reading, but do not revise.

Humble request to the experts’ to kindly guide me to overcome this problem.
